TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TATERHOMER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TATERHOMER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TATERHOMER IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

While TaterHomer implements reasonable security measures to protect your data, no internet-based service is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. As an interim release, TaterHomer strongly recommends that you:
